We are seeking an energetic Call Centre Agent for a Debt Collection Centre in Port Elizabeth
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years experience in outbound debt collections, outbound sales, or outbound customer
service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Familiarity with collections systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve allocated collection targets.
• Meet productivity targets through effective communication and negotiation.
• Monitor and optimize Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments daily.
• Maintain accurate debtor information and ensure proper account maintenance.
• Handle interactions with empathy, tact, and professionalism.
