We are seeking a call centre operator who has excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage member, staff and public queries through various channels, follow up payments, respond to social media comments and conduct a series of administrative functions.
The candidate needs to be able to grasp concepts quickly, to manage multiple tasks in a day and have a disciplined reporting ethic.
The position is based in Hillcrest and we are looking for a candidate from this and the surrounding area due to transport costs.
We require the candidate to have previous experience in a similar environment.
