Description

We are looking for motivated, self-driven Client Generation Agents to join our growing team on a work-from-home basis. Your role will be to source and generate your own qualified leads for our insurance campaign. You will be paid minimum R100 per successful conversion, with full campaign tracking provided.

Pays weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently source your own leads through cold calling, social media, referrals, and other approved channels
• Qualify leads according to campaign-specific criteria
• Accurately capture and submit client details for conversion
• Use lead trackers to monitor progress and performance
• Meet daily/weekly targets and follow all compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to source and manage your own leads
• Access to a reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, and mobile phone
• Experience in sales, marketing, or call-based lead generation preferred not required
• Self-disciplined, target-driven, and able to work independently
