Construction Manager Opportunity
We’re seeking a qualified Construction Manager with a National Diploma in Building/ Civil and 3+ years’ experience managing projects valued at R6 million+.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success delivering school sanitation programmes, renovations, and rapid infrastructure projects from start to final completion.
- Strong skills in programme management, scheduling, cost control, stakeholder engagement.
- Technical expertise in BOQ pricing and JBCC contract administration.
- Valid driving ability for site and stakeholder visits.
Residency Preference
Preference will be given to Eastern Cape residents.
Candidates outside the province will only be shortlisted if they can relocate within a short period.
