We are a lighting import and distribution company, situated in Cape Town looking to employ a competent Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team.
About the Role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with clients regarding our products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Requirement:
Thrives in fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
Is computer literate.
Lives close or within Muizenberg.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A positive attitude and passion for helping people.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Job Description:
Communicate with clients to follow up on product performance and satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with internal to ensure customer issues are addressed and resolve.
Provide product information and support where needed.
