We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Customer Service Representative to support both internal departments and external customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating service requests, preparing reports, and
ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries in a professional and
timely manner.
Provide regular reports and service updates to customers.
Process customer requests, orders, and related documentation accurately.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor service delivery and follow up on outstanding requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and update company systems.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
Prepare and distribute customer reports, performance summaries, and status
updates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal
stakeholders.
Assist with continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, administration, or a similar
role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience preparing and presenting reports to customers.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
