The Teddy Bear Foundation is a registered NPO providing holistic and integrated support services to children
and families affected by child abuse, whilst also lobbying & advocating for
victims on regional and national levels.

The Foundation recognizes that in today’s fast-paced digital world having a strong online presence is
non-negotiable.

To this end, the Teddy Bear Foundation is looking for a dynamic, experienced Digital Marketing Specialist, who
is passionate about digital marketing, creative, and detail-oriented, has in-depth
knowledge and experience of all digital platforms to enhance the Foundation’s
online presence, grow its brand’s awareness and leverage to contribute to the
Foundation’s fundraising efforts.

Required skills to making the above a reality

Technical: usage and knowledge of latest digital marketing tools and SOE

Communication: through relevant media articles, blog
posts, social media campaigns, using background research and current multimedi content created

Marketing: strategy design and implementation

Project Management: integration and overseeing of various support structures and
campaigns to desired implementation and completion

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

BSc degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or relevant field

3-5yrs experience in digital marketing and social media management (with a portfolio
of evidence)

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and
other social media applications and best practices

Excellent command of Microsoft Office products
