Looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Full-Time Driver / Workshop Assistant to join our team from the Jacobs or surrounding area.

Driver/Workshop Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and deliver engineering jobs, materials and equipment to and from clients and suppliers
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time
• Assist with general duties in the engineering workshop
• Assist workshop staff with loading, unloading and handling of materials
• Keep the company vehicle clean and well maintained
• Assist with basic workshop tasks and other duties as required
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s Licence – Essential
Reliable and punctual
Good communication skills
Physically fit and able to assist in a workshop environment
Previous driving or delivery experience will be an advantage
Basic knowledge of mechanical/engineering work is an advantage
Applicants without engineering experience but who are willing and eager to learn will be considered
Must be hardworking, responsible and able to work well as part of a team
