We are looking for a motivated and street-smart individual to join our team as an E-Waste Buyer & Collector.

Your role will be to visit cellphone shops in all areas (including spaza and Somali-owned stores), buy and collect broken and non-working phones, and ensure regular stock flow to our business.

You will need to be confident, able to think on your feet, and keep communication open with our office.

Requirements:

Own motorbike or scooter (advantageous).

Valid driver’s license.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to approach cellphone shops of all kinds and build relationships.

Street-smart and able to think outside the box.

Willing to learn about e-waste and phone grading.

Route planning and time management skills.

Reliable and able to report daily activities back to the office.

English required; Afrikaans or additional languages an advantage.
