Managed the daily operations of the shop floor at Woolworths and Quickshop, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff supervision, stock control, merchandising, and compliance with company standards. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized sales floor while driving sales performance and supporting team productivity.

Key Duties:

Supervised and supported floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintained high standards of customer service and resolved customer queries.
Monitored stock levels, replenished shelves, and conducted stock counts.
Ensured correct merchandising and product displays.
Oversaw cash handling procedures and assisted with till operations when required.
Maintained a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.
Trained and coached team members on company policies and procedures.
Assisted with opening and closing the store and ensured compliance with health and safety regulations.
Helped achieve sales targets through effective floor management and teamwork.

Job Requirements:

Prevoius Woolworths and Quickshop experience is benefiting
Previous retail and supervisory/management experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of stock control, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail systems.
