Description

Arrange vehicle finance applications with banks and finance institutions.

Explain finance options, interest rates, deposits, instalments, and repayment terms.

Present insurance and vehicle protection products to customers.

Prepare and verify finance and sales documentation.

Submit applications and supporting documents to finance providers.

Follow up on approvals, declines, and outstanding documentation.

Ensure compliance with financial and dealership regulations.

Maintain accurate customer and finance records.

Liaise with sales consultants, banks, insurers, and customers.

Finalise deals and ensure vehicles are ready for delivery from a finance perspective.

Monitor finance penetration, product sales, and dealership targets.

Handle customer queries relating to finance agreements and additional products.
