A well-established and reputable company retail industry is seeking to appoint a Floor Security at their Branch located in Highveld.

Salary: Market Related, depending on experience + overtime pay for Saturdays worked
MUST Stay in or around the Centurion Area

Job Purpose:

The Retail Floor Security is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment by monitoring customers entering and leaving the store, preventing theft, and ensuring company security procedures are followed. The role includes greeting customers, observing suspicious activity, assisting with emergencies, and reporting incidents to management

Requirements

Grade 12
1-2 years’ experience in a retail environment would be to your advantage
Presentable appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in Afrikaans and English
Responsible and reliable.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Monitor store entrances and exits.
Prevent theft and unauthorized removal of merchandise.
Greet and assist customers professionally.
Observe and report suspicious behaviour.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
Maintain a visible security presence and follow company policies
