Whale Coast Hotel is looking for a Front Office Receptionist
to join our team in Hermanus.

hospitality, attention to detail, and professional service. The ideal candidate must be friendly yet firm, able to multitask under pressure, and comfortable handling guest check ins, check outs, reservations, payments, and general enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Previous hotel reception or hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Computer literate (PMS experience advantageous)
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing guest arrivals and departures
• Handling reservations and enquiries
• Processing payments and balancing daily takings
• Assisting guests with local information and requests
• Ensuring a smooth and professional front desk operation
Salary: R8,000 – R10 000 per month (depending on experience)
