Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations and project teams.
Manage electrical procurement processes, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare purchase orders, job cards, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, invoices, and supplier agreements.
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and coordination of projects.
