Description

DB SPACES (PTY) LTD is a well-established Construction & Property Development Company in the Western Cape and requires an experienced General Foreman to manage high-end residential building projects from foundation to final finishes.

Minimum Requirements:

12–15 years' residential construction experience
Proven ability to manage complete building sites
Strong knowledge of NHBRC standards and Health & Safety
Excellent understanding of construction drawings
Experience managing subcontractors, staff, quality control and project scheduling
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle essential
Building/Construction qualification advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Manage site operations, staff, subcontractors, quality control, health & safety, planning, scheduling, materials, inspections, reporting, budgeting and project delivery while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standard.
