52‑room countryside hotel with suites, conference halls, restaurant, bar, pool, gardens, and leisure facilities including Padel Courts.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hotel operations across accommodation, food & beverage, events, and leisure facilities.

Guest Experience: Champion service excellence, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor performance, and drive profitability.

Sales & Marketing: Collaborate on promotional strategies to boost occupancy and brand visibility.

Facilities Management: Ensure property upkeep, safety, and compliance with standards.

Community Engagement:

Build strong relationships with local partners, tour operators, and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader.

Strong background in hospitality operations and guest service.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive results.

Passion for countryside hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
