JOB OPPORTUNITY: Experienced Graphic Designer
Position: Senior Graphic Designer / Technical Operator
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Required)
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to join our production-focused creative team. The ideal candidate must be a power-user of industry-standard design software and possess hands-on technical experience with large-format and precision machinery.

Key Requirements:

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is non-negotiable.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience operating and maintaining Laser Cutting/Engraving machines and Roland (Print & Cut) hardware.
Production Knowledge: Must understand the end-to-end workflow from digital design to physical output, including material setup and machine calibration.
Professionalism: Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain high-quality control standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create and prep print-ready files for large-format branding and signage.
Execute precision laser cutting and engraving tasks.
Manage Roland print/cut workflows for stickers, vehicle/Truck wrapping, corporate branding.
Collaborate with the team to ensure client specifications are met with accuracy.
