Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Supervisor to lead our administrative HR functions. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of HR administration, ensuring smooth
execution of processes such as employee records management, onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, and general HR support activities. The ideal candidate is a strong team leader with a solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the HR administration team in handling personnel records, contracts, and HR documentation
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and labor laws
Ensure HR databases and employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and securely maintained
Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and other employee lifecycle processes
Manage HR administrative reporting including headcount reports, leave reports, and employee status updates
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company-wide communications
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor regulations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and administrative matters
Liaise with payroll, finance, and other departments as needed for seamless operations
Train, mentor, and develop junior HR administrative staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of HR administration experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and MS Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is an advantage
Experience in Cellular Industry is a plus
Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration processes
