Description
Our client based in Gauteng urgently requires the services of a skilled and experienced HRD Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree or Technikon Diploma in Human Resources Development or equivalent qualifications
• 8 years relevant experience in Mining Technical Training of which 3 years should be in a managerial role
• An understanding of the South African Legal Framework and Labour Legislation that impact on Human Resources Development
• Blasting certificate or Engineering Trade certificate
• Management of the HRD Department and maintain/improve relationships with all internal and external customers
