Requirements for the Position
Previous internal sales or customer service experience compulsory
Excellent communication and people skills (Pleasant and Friendly
Personality)
Strong telephone etiquette and customer service ability
Computer literate (Email, Excel, Word)
Ability to work under pressure
Well-organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and show initiative
Professional and positive attitude
Dress-code "smart-casual"
Your role will include:
Assisting customers and processing orders
Answering telephones when needed
Preparing quotations
Following up on leads and enquiries
Building strong customer relationships
