Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
MCSE or MCITP Certification
3–4 years’ relevant IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Provide desktop and network support
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
Troubleshoot IT issues and resolve technical problems
Support users both remotely and onsite
Maintain IT systems and ensure optimal performance

Salary Package
R25 000 – R26 000 per month
