A busy catering company is looking for a kitchen manger who may have the folllowing qualities

All rounded chef with cananpe and hot food knowledge

Stock rotation and stock issue

Manage work flow timeously

Pc Literate

Have your own transport

HOURS OF WORK
3:30AM till done (Most days (1pm) Monday to Friday
Saturday when there is work

Salary R12-15K based on experience
