Responsibilities:

•* Daily food prep (chopping, sauces, dressings, basic cooking)*

•* Following recipes and prep lists accurately*

•* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety*

•* Assisting with stock rotation and labelling*

•* Keeping prep areas clean and organised*

•* Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods*

Requirements:

•* Previous kitchen or prep experience (essential) Salad experience is a must*

•* Good knife skills and attention to detail*

•* Ability to work efficiently and independently*

•* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking*

•* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards*

•* Able to work under pressure *
