Description

Bantry Bay International Vacation Resort is seeking a proactive and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance throughout the resort.
Perform and coordinate repairs relating to IT network, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
Monitor the condition of guest accommodation, common property, plant and equipment.
Supervise contractors and maintenance service providers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain maintenance records and asset registers.
Assist with project planning and implementation.
Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and guest-related issues.

Minimum Requirements

At least 3 years' maintenance experience in hospitality, property, facilities management, or a related environment.
Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Good fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights when required.
Valid driver's licence advantageous.
