We are a busy Italian Restaurant at the Beachfront in Melkbosstrand; recently voted top 5 beachfront restaurant in Cape town. We are looking for a manager or Junior Manager to complete our team.
The Applicant must be well spoken - english/afrikaans will be an advantage-
and well groomed ; presentable and with good manners at all times.
He/She must have worked in a similiar position for at least three years and must have un-interrupted record of this.
He/she must be famliar with a pos-system, Pc Microsoft Word/Excel, the usual routine on the floor and in the kitchen; must be able to work under pressure, guide the waiters and handle our customers.
The applicant must have own transport, stay in the Table View / Blouberg Area and must be able to work shifts, weekends and public Holidays.
