An Exclusive Lounge is searching for a Night Club Marketing Manager, responsible for driving venue attendance and brand awareness through strategic promotions, digital engagement, and event management.

Unlike standard marketing roles, this position requires a deep understanding of nightlife culture, working irregular hours (nights and weekends), and maintaining high-energy relationships with promoters and entertainers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase club revenue

• Liaise with promoters, DJs, and event managers to bring business to the club. This includes organizing themed nights, launch parties, and holiday events.

• Manage all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to showcase the club's atmosphere.

• Actively solicit and maintain relationships with VIP customers, managing guest lists and table bookings to ensure a high-end experience.

• Oversee the marketing budget, allocating funds for paid ads, sponsorships, and physical premiums while tracking KPIs like conversion rates and spend-per-head.

Work closely with the bar manager and security teams to align promotions with operational capacity and ensure legal compliance (e.g., liquor licenses and safety codes).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Requirements Experience 3–5+ years in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment marketing.

Technical proficiency in digital marketing.

Strong negotiation skills for talent fees and vendor contracts; excellent relationship-building skills with influencers and media.

Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or hospitality management is often preferred.

Typical Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role. While day-to-day work involves office-based planning (bookkeeping, strategy), nights are spent on-site monitoring the club's atmosphere, greeting guests, and ensuring promotional events run smoothly.
