Purpose of the Role

To oversee all night shift operations, ensuring efficient dispatch and receiving, proper stock control, and effective team management in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage night shift staff
Oversee dispatch and receiving operations
Ensure accurate stock handling and documentation
Maintain operational efficiency during night shifts
Handle any on-site issues or escalations
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Report on shift performance and incidents
Coordinate with day management when required
Manage the weekend WhatsApp group chats.

Requirements

Previous supervisory or management experience
Dispatch and receiving experience (advantageous)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Must have own reliable transport
