We are looking for a focused, mature, and proactive office assistant. To support our HR Manager and the admin department. The ideal candidate must be reliable, well-organized, punctual, and able to work independently while handling confidential information.
Key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
Assist with filing, data capturing, and maintaining HR records.
Diary management
Answer incoming calls and direct messages accordingly.
Help coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related activities.
Handle basic correspondence and communication.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Strong administrative and communication skills.
Ability to use own initiative and manage workload.
Trustworthy, mature, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in MS office (word, excel, outlook)
4-5 years of administrative experience
