Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and growth.

Oversee inventory control, and stock management.

Streamline workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage and mentor a team to achieve business objectives.

Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and industry standards.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports.

Implement technology-driven solutions for operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operations management role.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Experience in inventory management and supply chain logistics.

Knowledge of the car audio industry is advantageous.

Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
