Description
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and results-driven Operations Project Manager to oversee and coordinate operational projects across our business. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage operational and construction-related projects
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Ensure operational processes align with company standards and objectives
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Identify risks, resolve challenges proactively, and drive continuous improvement
• Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with management
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an Operations Project Manager or similar role
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Operations, or a related field (advantageous)
