Paint shop Assistant, Claremont Cape Town

We are seeking a young paint shop assistant to join our team in Claremont Cape Town with limited, provable paint shop experience and
references required. The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed
efficiently while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The position
is for an in-person job at Auto Ross Bodyworks in Claremont Cape Town.

Requirements:

South African Citizen.

Paint shop Assistant

2 Years experience

Strong attention to detail, reliability and communication skills.

Must have transport

Must be able to work overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Must be an all rounder as job entails flatting, polishing, body filler work

Mixing and applying primers and all other basic paint shop functions.

Must be able to work effectively and efficiently without any supervision and should take initiative when so required.

All jobs are to be done promptly and within the stipulated deadlines.

Maintain spray-painting equipment and tools

Always keep the work area clean and safe.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: To be discussed based on level of skill and experience.

Education:

High School (matric)

Minimum Experience:

Paint Shop: 2 years (required)
