We’re looking for a skilled and energetic Wok & Pan Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, precision cooking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Asian cuisine (stir-fry, noodle, and pan dishes) will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to restaurant standards using wok and pan techniques.
Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during service.
Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and seasoning of all dishes.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Work closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a wok/pan chef or similar role.
Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, and cooking methods an advantage.
Able to handle pressure during busy service times.
Reliable, disciplined, and a strong team player.
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
