Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and compile detailed technical and commercial proposals in response to client enquiries and tenders
Interpret client specifications, scope of work, and technical requirements
Perform cost estimations, pricing, and risk assessments for projects
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals
Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and provide technical support during the bidding process
Ensure proposals comply with industry standards and internal quality procedures
Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams

Minimum Requirements:

BEng Degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a proposal or process engineering role
Strong understanding of process plant design, costing, and project execution
Proven experience in compiling technical and commercial proposals
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office and costing tools
