A well-established logistics company is looking for a reliable, positive individual
who is proactive, punctual, and structured. They should be able to speak
and write in English, with Afrikaans as a bonus.


Manage their front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at their Cape Town

As Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of the company’s first impressions on the guests and visitors.

It will be your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all
incoming guests, visitors, and members, help them with directions or any
appropriate information that they need.

You will be required to professionally answer phone calls in a polite
manner and forward calls to the respective departments.


Grade 12.

A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel will be required.

Excellent client and communication skills are necessary.
