Job Description:


Our client in the Auditing / Accounting industry is seeking a resourceful and proactive Receptionist to join their team, based in Umhlanga, Durban. Successful candidate will manage the Front Desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of Administrative tasks.

Duties to include:-

*Switchboard / Reception duties

*Scheduling of meeting rooms

*Planning, organising and finalising travel and accommodation bookings.

Minimum Requirements:-


*Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role

*Proficiency in MS Office

*Minimum 3-5 years Administration / Clerical experience.
