Description
We are looking for a vibrant and experienced
receptionist and admin clerk to assist with the
daily office duties related to an automotive panel
beating and spray painting repair centre.
You need to be computer literate and have the
necessary experience in Microsoft office and be
proficient at Excel. Experience in any other related
body shop management programs would be
preferable.
Duties will include but are not limited to the
following.
- Receptionist duties
- Assist in admin duties which includes capturing
of quotes, ordering and issuing stock, stock
control.
- Feedback to customers, insurance brokers,
insurance companies etc.
- Data capturing and updating all insurance
portals.
- Issuing of job cards.
We are looking for a lady between 20 & 40 years
of age. The person needs to be presentable and
professional at all times. You must be very well
spoken and articulate. Need to be be able to
function well under pressure and make good
decisions. Need to provide references. Salary to
be confirmed at the interview stage.
