Responsibilities:
Manage all reservations and booking processes
Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Oversee reception and daily duties, allocating tasks accordingly
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of online booking platforms
Monitor and respond to reviews and social media posts (creativity encouraged)
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Operations to ensure smooth
guests Arrivals and Departures
Market and promote the company profile
Assist the Operations Manager where required
Requirements:
Previous experience in reservations (hospitality experience preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in reservation systems, including Online Booking Platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer‑focused with a friendly, professional attitude
Strong work ethic and good telephone etiquette
Ability to work under pressure
Team player with the ability to build strong staff and client relationships
Ability to complete work timeously and accurately
Punctual and reliable
Willingness to work occasional shifts and public holidays
Own transport essential
