Job Summary

The Residence Caretaker ensures adequate on-site operational coverage, tenant support, and facilities oversight, a dedicated caretaker is required to support day-to-day execution and maintain building performance.

Potential on-site accommodation (negotiable as part of package)

Required

2–3 years’ experience in building caretaking, facilities, or property operations

Experience in residential or student accommodation environments preferred

Exposure to maintenance coordination, tenant interaction, and service provider oversight Basic exposure to rent collection support and tenant follow-ups
