Restaurant Manager Position – East Rand

A busy and well-established restaurant in the East Rand is looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage and lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Handle staff, training, and controls.
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Work closely with management to drive profitability and growth

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations (front and back of house)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good understanding of stock control and cost management
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
