Restaurant Manager – Col’Cacchio

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Minimum Requirements:

* Previous restaurant management experience (mid-level management)

* Strong Front of House management experience

* Customer-centric with excellent communication and people skills

* Experience managing and motivating a team

* Good understanding of restaurant operations, stock control and daily administration

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable, professional and hands-on approach

Advantageous:

* Experience using Pilot POS (preferred)

* Alternatively, experience working with other restaurant POS systems
