Description

We are looking for experienced Retail Sales Assistant who will provide personalized fitting consultations and deliver exceptional customer service.

This role is central to building customer confidence and loyalty while ensuring every client finds the perfect fit and style.

Responsibilities:

Conduct professional bra fittings with sensitivity and discretion.
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
Maintain product knowledge across all ranges, including everyday basics, premium, loungewear, sports, shapewear, and occasion wear.
Support merchandising, stock replenishment, and the visual presentation of the store.
Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new collections.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Assist in creating social media content, including photos, videos, styling tips, and behind-the-scenes posts, to showcase products and customer experiences.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience. Lingerie fitting experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable manner.
Confidence in conducting fittings and discussing intimate apparel professionally.
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high store standards.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods.
