We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team based in Verulam. Preference will be given to applicants residing in Verulam or surrounding areas for ease of travel.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role

Experience is essential

Proficient in Sage Pastel

Strong knowledge of:

GRV’s (Goods Received Vouchers)

Purchase Orders

Invoicing

Quotations

Customer orders and stock coordination

Good computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and accuracy
Key Duties:

Processing customer orders and sales administration

Capturing GRV’s and supplier invoices

Raising and managing purchase orders

Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments

Assisting with stock control and dispatch coordination

General administrative support to the sales and operations team

Salary:

Market related, based on experience.
