We are hiring a Sales & Delivery Assistant for our Worcester franchise. This role focuses on securing bulk orders (R1,000+), managing Mall Staff Meal programs, and delivering meals professionally using your own vehicle. You will conduct daily field‑canvassing, grow a customer database, and ensure 100% order accuracy and food quality.

Daily financial accountability is essential. You will maintain a Business Register for every sale, reconcile Speedpoint/EFT payments, and submit daily reports by 22:00. All spending from the R5,000 monthly expense account must be logged and linked to sales or lead generation.

Key Duties:
• Secure new bulk orders from businesses, schools and local organisations
• Achieve Mall Staff Meal targets
• Deliver meals using your own vehicle
• Ensure food quality and temperature control
• Maintain customer database
• Daily reporting and reconciliation
• Manage R5,000 monthly expense account

Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle
• Valid Business/Commercial Use Vehicle Insurance
• Strong communication and accountability
• Comfortable with sales and field‑canvassing
• Proficient with Speedpoint and digital reporting tools
• Able to meet monthly turnover targets (starting at R10,000 and scaling to R200,000)

Compensation:

• R5,000 basic stipend
• 10% uncapped commission
• R5,000 monthly operational expense account
• Speedpoint terminal provided
