Think Big Recruitment has been tasked with finding a passionate Sales Rep to support an incredible female-owner-managed start up business offering a range of high-end personal care products, from facial cleansers to room mists and so much in-between. Our client’s ingredients are sourced directly from local farms (using non-invasive harvesting techniques and empowering other women along the way, all in order to encourage more conscious, sustainable living practices.

Ideally, the client is looking for someone who is already fully invested in sustainability and passionate about community upliftment, while valuing self-care and appreciating wellness rituals.

If you believe you are the right person to assist this brand in building its sales pipeline, confident enough to approach high end hotels, lodges and independent retails across South Africa, Africa, and even Internationally, we’d like to hear from you.

Attractive basic salary, guaranteed commission for the first six months (on a sliding scale), and then very competitive and fully transparent commission structure beyond that.

Remote role, ideally CT-based, but open to discussion, with lots of travel.
