DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the sales representative are:
Manage/organise activations in store
Provide basic training to store staff and promoters
Ensure that own Pro Nutrition and affiliated brands product knowledge is up to date
Establish good business relations with clients
Manage product orders and negotiate with key in-store personnel
Set goals to reach sales targets and GP% targets
Ensure that Pro Nutrition & affiliated brands general look and feel in the trade are of the highest quality
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
3–5 years' proven sales experience within the Pharmaceutical, Sports Nutrition, or related industry
Must be currently employed in a sales-related role
Must have an existing client base and established relationships within the retail and/or wholesale market that can be leveraged
Understanding all facets of the business from supply chain to consumer
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Prospect research and new business development experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to produce high-quality and accurate work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Gauteng Must be a goal oriented self-starter who takes initiative and can manage their own time effectively
