The Details

Location: Athlone/Rylands Cape Town (Applicants must live in the immediate surrounding area).
Age Requirement: Under 30 years old.
Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00.
What You’ll Be Doing

As a Salon Operator, you are the engine room of the salon. Your role is to ensure the stylists can focus on their craft while you manage the floor and the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining Excellence: Ensuring the salon remains spotless and professional at all times (cleaning workstations, sweeping hair, and keeping the retail area tidy).
Client Comfort: Welcoming clients and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit.
Backbar Management: Managing the wash basin area, including shampooing, conditioning, and maintaining a steady supply of clean towels.
Stock & Organization: Keeping track of salon products and ensuring tools are sterilized and ready for use.
