SECURITY OFFICER VACANCY (MALE)

A residential security service provider in the Rugby/Milnerton. Cape Town area is seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer to join our team on a contract basis.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid PSIRA Registration (Grade C minimum).
• Minimum 2 years' security experience.
• Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication skills in English.
• No criminal record.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must reside within Rugby, Maitland, Brooklyn, Milnerton, Kensington, Factreton, Goodwood or surrounding areas.
• Reliable transport to and from work will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Access control of residents, visitors, contractors and deliveries.
• Conduct routine patrols and security inspections.
• Monitor CCTV and other security systems.
• Maintain accurate occurrence book and incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents and security breaches.
• Enforce site rules, procedures and access control protocols.
• Deliver professional customer service to residents and visitors.
