Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Oversight:

Oversee multiple teams responsible for checking and confirming picked stock to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Monitor teams as they perform stock checks, verifying inventory levels, ensuring items are picked correctly, and identifying discrepancies.

Implement quality control measures to ensure the proper handling of products and reduce stock errors.

Conduct regular audits of warehouse activities and stock levels to maintain accuracy and ensure efficient operations.

Liaise with team leaders to address any discrepancies, inventory concerns, or issues affecting stock accuracy.

Security Team Oversight:

Supervise and lead the security teams across multiple sites, ensuring effective security measures and protocols are in place.

Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.

Monitor the security of the facility and assets, conducting regular inspections to identify vulnerabilities and ensure protection.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Provide ongoing training and development to the security staff to ensure they are up-to-date with best practices.

Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities:

Maintain clear records of warehouse and security operations, including incident reports, security logs, and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding both warehouse operations and security standards.

Assist in the development of security budgets, procurement of supplies, and resource planning.

Qualifications:

PSIRA Grade A Certification: Must have valid PSIRA Grade A certification for security operations.

Valid Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is required to travel between multiple warehouse and security sites as needed.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, security, or a related field.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.

Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse management systems, and security protocols.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple departments and external partners.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
