About the Role

SNS is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands HVAC systems, enjoys managing projects from start to finish, and can help oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with the owner and gradually take responsibility for daily operations, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare HVAC project estimates, BOQs, and quotations

Manage HVAC and mechanical projects from planning through completion

Supervise site teams and subcontractors

Order materials and monitor project costs

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Provide regular project updates and reports to management

Assist with the day-to-day operational management of the business

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

Proven experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry

Strong estimating, pricing, and BOQ preparation skills

Experience managing construction sites and project teams

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused approach

Advantageous (Not Essential)

Experience with any of the following will be beneficial, but is not required:

Industrial kitchen ventilation systems

Fire protection systems

Building electronics or controls
