This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and proven operational expertise in the private security industry.

Key Responsibilities

Operational leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Team management: Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff to achieve performance excellence.

Client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations.

Risk management: Identify operational risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.

Strategic planning: Drive operational efficiency and contribute to long-term business growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a senior operations role within the security industry.

Strong knowledge of PSIRA regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Relevant tertiary qualification in security management or business administration will be advantageous.
